Edge is Awesome, Viator was Horrible

The Edge was awesome and definitely worth it. Viator was horrible to work with. Customer service non responsive. A nightmare. The outside deck was closed due to falling snow and viator would not answer phones, emails, or messages to figure it out. It ended up opening so the experience was great at the top but Viator was horrible. Strongly recommend booking directly through The Edge and NOT Viator.
